First International Prajapati Conference

Venue: Somnath Mandir Bilimora (South Gujarat) India

Mission Statement: This conference was aimed at bringing together the Prajapati Diaspora of the world, to launch our community into the 21st century. To provide a forum whereby ideas and visions are exchanged, to discuss unique difficulties that our community faces  and to bring about a new paradigm to unite and uplift our community.

Objectives:

  • To Unite our Prajapati Community Association in India and abroad.
  • To draft a proposal of  establishing Federation of International Prajapati Association.
  • To Establish Social and culture Program.
  • Educational, Medicals support for underprivileged Family.
  • Creation of Marriage bureau, Assistance to seniors and widows.
  • Establishment of Prajapati Association of Southern Gujarat.
  • To build a structure of linking world wide Prajapati Association as one body representing World Prajapati community.
  • Control of financial structure of donated money towards social cultural activities in India.

It was a great success in term of number of participations, discussions and response throughout the three days conference. It was a gathering of more than 5000 Prajapati  family locally and from overseas ever had in the past. 
The breakdowns of the the three-day program and the pictures taken of the session are ad herewith. I hope it will provide some glimpse of the session for those who could not be able to be a part of this function because of their busy schedules.

  • 1st Day  - 23rd Dec 06, Introduction and followed by Plenary session - discussion on the Past.
  • 2nd Day - 24th dec 06, Speeches by the Prajapati professionals seniors and upcoming young generation and followed by Plenary session discussion on the Present.
  • 3rd Day - 25th Dec 06,  Recognition and appreciation of the volunteers and Plenary session on future in the afternoon and followed by closing ceremony.
